Excellent Place to live!!! Very friendly staff and neighbors! I paid only $240 a week to live there a short time and it was well worth it. I wish I could time travel back! It was by far the best place I've ever lived in my life!

I travel a lot for work and typically stay in big box hotels. This was much nicer for much less money! The place is great, the people running it are even better! 5 stars is not enough!!
Lovely everything! Elk River is a sweet small town with lots to see and do, the newly renovated Landmark Motel is the cherry on the cake. The owners Debbie and Keith are kind and gracious. This is a true travel gem. Every thing was so so good! Lots of extras. My husband and I will be come back as many times as we can make possible. Love The Landmark Motel! Thank you!

Great location. Ive stayed in many of the rooms. Unique and cozy. Very convenient off the hwy 10. Even had a view of the river from my window. Very nice owners very personable.
Its not a hotel any longer. But Nancy and Brian are awesome. There are rooms to rent in the back,they're efficiency apartments.
